Do you Offer any cheaper plans?
We don't currently have any plans to open up an intermediary plan between free and premium, however, this is something we're constantly re-evaluating.
We strive to provide a tangible email solution on the free tier, but understand that it doesn't quite adhere to every use case. The SMTP/sending portion of ImprovMX takes a big hit on our infrastructure and is priced accordingly. In addition to sending, we deliver a more robust package with extra features and higher quotas to help beef up the premium package.
As we continue to grow, we'll continue to re-evaluate the pricing and feature-set of our different membership tiers. We hope to offer sending and more features on lower payment tiers (or even free-tier) when we can accommodate it.
